By creating an account or using EasyAdmin (the “Service”), operated by [Your Legal Business Name] (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
EasyAdmin is business-management and bookkeeping software. It helps you record income, expenses, invoices, and produces reports from the data you enter. The Service is currently offered as a free beta and may change or be discontinued.
The Service is not a substitute for a professional accountant, bookkeeper, or lawyer, and does not provide tax, accounting, financial, or legal advice. Figures and reports are generated from the data you enter and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying all figures and filings with a qualified professional. We are not liable for filings, decisions, or penalties based on the Service’s output.
You’re responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, including any third-party personal information (such as your customers’ details). You must have the right to upload that data and to use the Service to process it.
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to breach security or access other tenants’ data, or disrupt the Service.
Card payments you collect from your customers are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms; funds settle to your connected Stripe account, not to us. If paid plans are introduced, billing terms will be presented before you’re charged.
The Service relies on third-party processors (see our Privacy Policy). Their availability and terms are outside our control.
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (which may be $0 during the free beta). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You may stop using the Service and delete your organization at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
